7。 The newly manufactured intermediate frequency heating inductor just put into production must be baked at low power (generally around 30kw) after being connected to the power supply, and the heating workpiece shall be placed in the induction furnace for about 2 hours。 Its reason is, manufacturer is in debug process, inductor inside must want to connect water, after debugging is finished, inductor canal still remains water for certain inside。 Especially in winter, it can also form very thin ice。 So, inductor affirmation is tide, to assure furnace lining service life, the if heater that puts into production newly, must low power roasts, after 2 hours again big power begins to produce。
